On the way from La Paz to Potosí in the most uncomfortable "semi cama" coach (Trans. Copacabana, no toilet). There was a restaurant serving some kind of food, I think you could buy vegan biscuits but I didn't really look. The street, starting 1 meter from the bus door, was the toilet.
