VEGAN in Chile
In Chile there are many stray dogs. A lot of dogs are abandoned, thrown out like trash. Many of them are malnourished and sick, and they are at high risk of being shot, run over, tortured, even raped.
Outside Santiago there´s a place called Rinconada where are big group of dogs live, dependent on some people who go there several times per week and give them food, water, medication if necessary, and get the females spayed.
We saw this tiny puppy a bit more than a week ago looking fine. Yesterday we found it with one of his eyes popped out. Another dog must have squeezed, bitten, or stepped on the puppy´s head. His eye has been removed by a vet yesterday night, and hopefully someone will adopt him soon.

In Chile gibt es ziemlich viele "streunende Hunde". Viele Hunde werden ausgesetzt und wie Müll weggeworfen.Viele von ihnen sind unterrnährt und krank, und es besteht ein hohes Risiko, dass sie erschossen, angeschossen, überfahren (absichtlich oder unabsichtlich), zum Spass gefoltert oder sogar vergewaltigt werden.
In Rinconada, etwas ausserhalb von Santiago, lebt eine grosse Gruppe von Hunden zusammen. Die Hunde sind davon abhängig, dass sie mehrmals pro Woche mit Essen, Wasser und falls nötig mit Medikamenten versorgt werden. Die weiblichen Hunde werden sterilisiert.
Vor etwas mehr als einer Woche sahen wir dieses Hundebaby, als es noch wohl auf war. Gestern fanden wir es mit einem herausgequetschten Auge. Ein anderer Hund muss auf den winzigen Hund getreten, ihn gebissen oder irgendwie zusammengequetscht haben. Sein Auge wurde gestern abend bei einem Tierarzt entfernt, und hoffentlich wird jemand ihn adoptieren.

En Chile hay muchos perros callerjeros. Muchos perros son abandonados y tirados a la calle como si fueran basura. Muchos estan desnutridos y enfermos y estan enriesgo de recibir disparos, ser a atropellados, torturados e incluso ultrajados sexualmente.
Afuera de Santiago hay un lugar llamado Rinconada donde vive un gran grupo de perros que dependen de un grupo de personas que va varias vezes a la semana y les da comida, agua y medicamentos si fuera necesario. Tambien se esteriliza a las embras.
Haviamos visto a este cachorrito hace poco mas de una semana en buenas condiciones. Ayer lo ncontramos con el ojo colgando. Un perro grande puede haberle apretado, mordido o pisado la cabeza. Anoche un veterinario le extirpó el ojo.
Ahora ya fue adoptado.
